Travel Highlights
Well, reality finally caught up with us. We had moved so slow, headed so much farther west and ventured so much farther north into Canada then I had ever imagined. Add to that the fact that we spent 5 days in Victoria and it had to add up to our having to play catch up. We have 1 week to get to Niagara and somewhere around 2,500 miles to go - ouch. The good news is that the next two thousand miles are about as flat, strait and barren as it gets - yuck. The other good news is that the fact that the Canadian police virtually never monitor the traffic speeds out here in the middle of nowhere and you have a formula for speed and the opportunity to bang out a lot of miles fast.
